Peder Larson presented at the MSBA's Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law Section Annual Meeting & CLE Program on "The Future of Environmental Review in Minnesota" on May 5, 2010.

Nearly four decades have passed since 1973, when Minnesota passed the landmark Minnesota Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) making environmental review an integral part of Minnesota environmental law and project planning. The presenters at the CLE offered their unique perspectives on the environmental review process and how it could be improved to meet the needs and challenges of Minnesota in the 21st century.
