Mary Komornicka is scheduled to present at the 29th Annual International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists Symposium on October 3-6, 2010 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Komornicka will present on two topics at the symposium. On Monday, October  4th she will present "Retirement Plan Oversight: Balancing the Needs of the Sponsor, Participants and Vendors," with Debra Rosenberg, CEBS, Vice President Commercial Trust Sales, M&I Institutional Trust Service. The presentation will cover interested parties, process and oversight team, plan issues/requirements, objectives and benchmarks to determine if a vendor change is necessary.

On Tuesday, October 5th, she will present "The Latest on Retirement Plan Regulations," which will provide a review the regulations, highlighting the most significant and/or troublesome; examine the possible problems and difficulties that plan sponsors may have with the regulations; and provide guidance on actions that need to be taken by the plan sponsor.
