Practice Description
Brad represents growing and established companies in corporate transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and financing matters. He has experience representing underwriters and investors at public offerings, Rule 144A transactions and private debt and equity deals. Brad represents buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a number of industries. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance, financing, securities law, reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and practices.
