He has experience representing underwriters and investors at public offerings, Rule 144A transactions and private debt and equity deals. Brad represents buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a number of industries. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance, financing, securities law, reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and practices.
