Bruce is a shareholder and chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He has more than 25 years of experience working with employers in a wide range of industries, including business process outsourcing, lodging, insurance, finance, communications, temporary personnel, security, manufacturing, transportation and health care. As an experienced trial attorney, Bruce has represented employers across the country in the full range of labor and employment law matters. As a counselor and advisor, Bruce represents employers both large and small, helping them to make appropriate decisions and establish policies and procedures designed to prevent major problems. He has served as a trainer and coach for managers and as a trusted advisor to business executives and their companies.
