Julie practices within the areas of Real Estate and Land Use Law. In her practice, Julie combines knowledge of the related disciplines of land use and real estate with expertise in litigation, dispute resolution and appellate advocacy. Bar Admissions Minnesota, 2008 U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit Education University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, 2008 J.D., magna cum laude University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, WI, 1999 B.A. Honors: With Highest Honors Previous Experience Prior to attending law school, Julie worked as a paralegal at a general practice law firm and frequently assisted in representing clients seeking governmental approval for land uses, and provided litigation support in real estate disputes. She was also a paralegal at a personal injury law firm. During law school, Julie clerked within the litigation department at the League of Minnesota Cities, as well as with Larkin Hoffman's Real Estate Litigation Department. She was also a Student Director for the school's Maynard Pirsig Moot Court program and an extern to Hennepin County Judge George F. McGunnigle. |
