Mike comes to Larkin Hoffman with an entrepreneurial spirit having run his own business before attending law school and a science background. After law school, he spent two and half years clerking for the Honorable Robert Schumacher on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is also an active member of the ABA’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Mike applies his breadth of experience to assist clients in understanding business opportunities in the environmental and energy fields including how to take full advantage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. He also advises clients on a broad range of environmental compliance and permitting issues as well as intellectual property matters. Mike is just as comfortable in the Court room where he focuses his practice in representing clients in complex eminent domain, real estate and land use cases.
